What a blissful day i have :(
today having a friendly match for futsal...
i get twisted and injured my ankle myself while i running when loss my balance..
is like ouch! nothing happen.. but slowly i can realize the pain..
at last i can't play when gonna finish.. my right ankle totally make me hard to walk.
what a bad moment..
is quite serious.. i climb up to my room also feel hard and pain..
